You’ll learn how to map your value chain, set materiality thresholds, collect data, and create effective reporting systems. By the end of the course, you’ll be fully prepared to lead sustainability reporting in line with CSRD guidelines, driving compliance and data-driven decision-making for your organization.

How the course is built up?

Module 1: The Basics

This module explains why CSRD goes beyond compliance, benefiting sustainability, financial performance, and employee engagement. You’ll learn the history of CSRD, its link to the EU Green Deal, and Member State requirements. ESG auditors will cover the audit process and achieving limited assurance, with a focus on how CSRD connects to GRI and ISO standards. A live Q&A session will clarify any questions.

Module 2: Double Materiality Assessment

You’ll gain a deep understanding of the Double Materiality Assessment (DMA) process, including how to map value chains and assess impacts, risks, and opportunities. This module helps you differentiate between positive impacts and mitigation actions, with hands-on practice using real case studies and denxpert's DMA tool. A live Q&A session will follow for personalized guidance.

Module 3: Narrative Disclosures

Learn how to identify and prioritize mandatory disclosures based on your materiality assessment using denxpert's CSRD tool. You’ll also understand how to structure policies, actions, and objectives in line with CSRD requirements, followed by a live Q&A session to address any issues.

Module 4: Metrics & Deep Dives

Covering carbon footprint essentials and biodiversity reporting, this module includes expert guidance from Gabriella Fistis and Gabriella Lovas. You’ll also explore social standards for CSRD compliance and learn how to use denxpert’s DATA and Carbon Footprint modules to simplify data collection. A live Q&A session will address questions.

Bonus: Software Implementation

At the end of the Bootcamp, we guide you through implementing denxpert’s CSRD software to ensure audit-ready reporting. A 120-minute session will help you set up and use the software, with a license provided for all participants to continue your CSRD journey.
